Is the U.S. Constitution obsolete?
For anyone who missed this a few weeks ago, myself included -- CBS Sunday Morning with Georgetown professor of Constitutional Law, Louis Seidman.
What happens if freedom of speech falls out of public favor.  Does Professor Seidman believe that we should therefore abandon our most sacred right because the only document protecting it happens to be... old?
You want to change the Constitution?  Get an amendment passed.  Until then, keep your hands of the parchment.

13-03-02 1:40am, 3:30am Shooting at Tel Aviv Social Protest encampment "Arlozorov"

Fire damage to sofa, on which fireworks were shot.  A person was sleeping on the same sofa earlier.  Another person was sleeping at the time on the nearby sofa.

The common area, where the sofa stands.

Shreds of fireworks casing found the next morning on the sidewalk.

Two event of same car driving by and shooting at fast pace military style firework pistols at short range (a few meters) straight into tents, where people were sleeping.

  • 1:40am First event - Merhav Yarkon Police Event #73. Police refused to come to the location.  A passer by, who was not a resident of the encampment photographed the car, and the license plate number was provided to police.
  • 3:30am Second event - fireworks landed on a sofa where a person was sleeping a short time earlier, burn damage to furniture.  Police arrived on location.  

At this time it is not clear that police registered a complaint and is investigating,
