2016-01-13 Urging Rabbi David Wolpe to avoid any association with Bet Tzedek - the Los Angeles Jewish community's hub of banking/legal racketeering

The fund raiser that would be decorated by the rabbinical presence of David Wolpe, one of the most notable rabbis in the US today, reunites some of the key perps of the financial crisis with a former US Attorney General - Eric Holder - who is notorious for instituting the US Department of Justice "Too Big to Fail, Too Big To Jail" policy regarding criminality in the banks. Under the leadership of its former President, Mr Sandor Samuels, Bet Tzedek was nothing less than a Jewish racket under the guise of a Jewish legal charity, headed by one of the architects of the epidemic of mortgage and foreclosure fraud, and of corruption of the state and US courts from coast to coast. Perhaps the most highly acclaimed fraud expert alive in the US today, FBI veteran James Wedick, decorated by US Congress, by FBI Director, and by US Attorney General, issued a fraud opinion regarding conduct of another former President of Bet Tzedek - Mr David Pasternak.  Today Mr Pasternak is President of the California Bar Association...  Under its current President, Ms Jessie Kornberg, Bet Tzedek continues to list among its leaders some of the persons, who have been involved in the racketeering, and also continues to refuse to assume any accountability for their conduct in their capacities in Bet Tzedek.

David Pasternak (former President), Sandor Samuels (former President/CEO), Terry Friedman (former Executive Director) -- of BET TZEDEK (the Los Angeles "House of Justice"), an affiliate of the LOS ANGELES JEWISH FEDERATION. The evidence shows the three of them colluding in racketeering in the Los Angeles Superior court.[i] Highly decorated FBI veteran, renowned fraud expert James Wedick opined that their conduct was "fraud". [ii] But ADL refuses for years to address the evidence of racketeering in Bet Tzedek.

RE: Urging you to avoid any association with Bet Tzedek

Dear Rabbi Wolpe:
Following recent commercials for a Bet Tzedek fund raiser, featuring your name, I write to you as a former member of Sinai Temple, Los Angeles, and as one who was instrumental in documenting racketeering in Bet Tzedek, urging you to avoid any association with Bet Tzedek.
Under the leadership of its former President, Mr Sandor Samuels, Bet Tzedek was nothing less than a Jewish racket under the guise of a Jewish legal charity, headed by one of the architects of the epidemic of mortgage and foreclosure fraud, and also a key figure in corruption of the state and US courts from coast to coast.
The story of Bet Tzedek - one of the the highest visibility organizations of the Greater Los Angeles Jewish Federation -  and the tight relationships between Bet Tzedek, its leaders, and notable rabbinical figures, is no doubt a story that goes into the heart of the character of the Los Angeles Jewish community today.
Finally, one cannot avoid noticing the irony: The fund raiser that you are going to decorate with your rabbinical presence also re-unites some of the key perps of the financial crisis with a former US Attorney General - Eric Holder - who is notorious for instituting the US Department of Justice "Too Big to Fail, Too Big To Jail" policy regarding criminality in the banks.

Your presence in such an event would not add to the reputation of the organized Los Angeles Jewish community, the reputation of Jewish religion, or your own reputation as a rabbi...
Truly,

Joseph Zernik, PhD

Dr Zernik is a Human Rights and social protest activist. In recent years he has gained recognition for his unique application of data-mining and IT system analysis (e.g., courts, prisons, banks) in Human Rights. Such research documented the important role that large-scale fraud in such systems plays in the current financial crisis and in abuse of Human Rights by governments in California, in the US, and in Israel.
Dr Zernik's reports in the area of IT systems and Human Rights were incorporated into Universal Periodic Review reports of the United Nations Human Rights Council regarding:
  • The United States (2010), with the note: “Corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California”;
  • The State of Israel (2013) with the note: “Lack of integrity in the electronic records of the supreme court, the district courts and the detainees courts in Israel”, and
  • The United States (2015) with the note: “HRA NGO recommended restoring the integrity of the IT systems of the courts, under accountability to the Congress, with the goal of making such systems as transparent as possible to the public at large.”
A textbook on "Machine Learning" found Dr Zernik's application of data-mining to Human Rights research among "Notable uses", and summarized it as follows: [i]
Data mining of government records - particularly records of the justice system (i.e., courts, prisons) - enables the discovery of systemic human rights violations in connection to generation and publication of invalid or fraudulent legal records by various government agencies. [ii,iii]
Dr Zernik also writes on current affairs, often for OpEdNews.com.
In recent years Dr Zernik has been active in the US and Israeli Social Protest movements. As part of civil disobedience activity, Dr Zernik filed a number of petitions in key courts in the US and Israel, challenging the integrity of such courts.
Today Dr Zernik is a permit holder for the Occupy Tel-Aviv camp, where he has resided since 2012.
With it, Dr Zernik has also become the subject of various art and documentary photographers in recent years.
As holder of the copyrights for the literary works of Yitzhaq Shami (1888-1949), Dr Zernik has been instrumental in reclaiming Shami's deserved place in the history of early modern Hebrew and Palestinian literature.
In a previous academic career, Dr Zernik primarily engaged in US government funded bio-medical research, and his original PhD work pertained to cloning of the gene for alkaline phosphatase – an enzyme, which is a key marker of bone cells.
