Spokesperson for the Ministry of Justice expediently answered on request to disclose the court file number. However, query shows data mismatch...  Ministry of Justice was asked to disclose the court file number of criminal prosecution of former Police Commander Menashe Arbiv, so that the public may verify yesterday's press release regarding filing of "Indictment", This is part of one of the worst corruption scandals in the history of the State of Israel - pertaining to "Head of the Israeli FBI".... Ms Efrat Oren, Spokesman's Office
Ministry of Justice

RE: Indictment of Police Commander Menashe Arbiv – request for help regarding court file number data mismatch
Your response without any delay is kindly requested. Time is of the essence!

Dear Ms Oren:
Thank you for your expedient response on my inquiry, referenced above.  Your response, copied below, shortly says: "criminal – 1475-03-17".
Also copied below is a screen print of an index query in Net-HaMishpat (case management and public access system of the courts) by the same court file number. The query outcome shows: "small claims - 1475-03-17 Libiano v Uzan in the Acre Small Claims Court"
Possibly, I erred in performing the query in Net-HaMishpat.
Therefore, I would be grateful for any response to help me resolve the data mismatch in this case.
Another simple solution could be release of a copy of the authentic indictment record – signed, bearing court file number, and "Filed" stamp by the Office of the Clerk of the corresponding court.
Truly,
