you for your expedient response on my inquiry, referenced above. Your response, copied below, shortly says:
"criminal – 1475-03-17".
Also
copied below is a screen print of an index query in Net-HaMishpat (case
management and public access system of the courts) by the same court file
number. The query outcome shows: "small claims - 1475-03-17 Libiano v
Uzan in the Acre Small Claims Court"
Possibly,
I erred in performing the query in Net-HaMishpat.
Therefore,
I would be grateful for any response to help me resolve the data mismatch in
this case.
Another
simple solution could be release of a copy of the authentic indictment record –
signed, bearing court file number, and "Filed" stamp by the Office of
the Clerk of the corresponding court.
